A diverse team is essential to our charitable mission.
We are led by a chairwoman. Our board of directors is composed of 50% women and 50% men. The majority of our volunteers are women.
Thirty percent of our volunteers were born outside of the United States.
To ensure we execute our charitable mission with respect, empathy and accuracy,
we are committed to fostering a diverse volunteer staff that reflects the society we assist.
